Snowmobiling The South Fork Area boasts over 255 miles of groomed and marked snowmobile trails. Terrain starts at 8,500 feet and climbs to nearly 12,000 feet. Guide services and tours are available for families and adventurers alike.

Nordic Skiing
Nordic Skiing The South Fork area offers miles upon miles of groomed trails as well as plenty of open parks, meadows and hills to explore on nordic skis. Wolf Creek Ski Area also has nearly 10 kilometers of trails at no charge. Come enjoy the beauty of this alpine wilderness.

Ice Fishing
Ice Fishing Even though snow and ice blanket the winter tundra, there is no reason not to enjoy a little fishing! South Fork is surrounded by many rivers, streams and lakes to enjoy this sport. Beaver Meadows lake is one of the local favorites!

Sledding
